FAQ

• Custom Cakes start at $140 and go up depending on flavors, serving size, complexity of decoration and other details.
• Cupcakes start at $42 per dozen plus additional options.
• Please contact us for a consultation and individual quote.

• There is a 50% deposit when you place your order and schedule your pickup time.
• The remaining balance is due 5 days before you pick it up. We cannot release orders without full payment.

NOTE* A late fee of $25 will be applied for any pickup made after the scheduled time.

• Cupcakes, donuts, cookies, and cake pops all require a minimum order of 1 dozen.

• We will try to work within your time frame. For availability or last minute orders, please contact us.
• Our specialty baked goods typically require a 2–3 week lead time.
• Wedding Cakes require a minimum of 6 weeks lead time due to the nature of the cake and transportation arrangements.

• Pick up is prefered but we can deliver up to a 40 mile radius from Easton, Pa. for a $20- $40 fee depending on distance of course.  All orders besides wedding cakes must be picked up by your scheduled time.
• If pickup is scheduled for Saturday, pickup time should be before 10am.

• We are not a certified gluten free kitchen. However, we work hard to cater to your specific allergen / sensitivity needs and exercise all reasonable precautions and best practices for the safe preparation of your order.
• Mia & Maddie cares about providing the very best experience for all of our customers.
• Please notify your guests of this risk in cases of severe or life-threatening conditions; we ask to be notified if an unexpected allergic reaction occurs.

NOTE* All orders are produced in a kitchen that has been exposed to milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.

• We ensure that your order is made fresh, looks beautiful, and tastes delicious! Once your order is picked up, Mia & Maddie is not responsible for any incidental damage caused in transit.
• Wedding Cakes are considered delivered once they are setup on location.

• Yes. We offer 1-hour tasting appointments for $75.
• Cake Tastings take place at my home and include combinations of cake, filling, and icing, which are sampled in cupcake form.
• During the tasting we will design the perfect cake for your event.
• We ask that you arrive on time to ensure that you are allotted your full hour.

NOTE* Full payment is required to be made when scheduling, as all cupcakes need to be made ahead of time.

• All of our baked goods are made (or finished, for more involved orders) within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup.
• To preserve cakes / cupcakes, tightly wrap them in plastic or keep them in an airtight container and place them in the fridge.
• We recommend that all cakes and cupcakes come to room temperature at least an hour before serving.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your order will receive a full refund.
• After 48 hours, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations will receive a refund of the balance paid, up to 50%.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of your pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

NOTE* Rush / last-minute orders are not eligible to receive a refund if cancelled.

• We cannot ship any of our baked goods at this time.
