When will I receive my order?
Transit times United States:
North East- 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post
South East - 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post
Midwest- 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post
1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post
Central-1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post

*Our kitchen post orders Monday-Thursday. We do not ship orders on Fridays, so your order arrives as fresh as possible.
**If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
***During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day) our fulfilment times are 1-3 business days, plus shipping time.
****Shipping times are provided as an estimate only and may vary according to weather and road conditions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.We have the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if the product has already been shipped.
How soon do your cookies ship out?
We bake every order fresh. Your cookies will be baked and shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Once your order leaves the bakery it will take an additional 1-2 business days to deliver to your door.
Can I place a rush order to get my order sooner?
We aren't able to fast track orders as we fulfill orders in the order that they come in. If you need your cookies sooner you can always call the bakery and pick up from our store front.
Can I hold or schedule my order?
We aren't able to hold or schedule an order for a particular day/time. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. We can not provide an exact delivery date/time, we provide guidelines only.
Can I change my order?
If your order has already been printed for shipping and fulfilment, we can not make any changes to your order.
How should I store my cookies?
We recommend storing your cookies at room temperature in a cool place. The best before date will be on your package, as well as cookie care instructions inside the box.
Can I choose my flavors?
Each box has been carefully curated. We only offer the flavors listed on the product page. We do not offer custom boxes.
Do your products contain any allergens or are they allergy-friendly?
We bake all of our cookies in a kitchen that is not nut free. Our products are exposed to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. Please take proper precaution before consuming our products.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Two weeks – they're baked fresh with no preservatives. We recommend putting them in the freezer as soon as you receive them if you don't plan on consuming them immediately . This can keep them fresh for up to one month!
How do I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped yet please send an email to Eileen@mia-maddie.com with your order number and request to cancel.
Can I change the shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, send over the new address to eileen@mia-maddie.com so our team can assist you!
What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are however committed to addressing any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors related to your order.
