Refund policy
No Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues related to product quality, damage, or errors with your order, we are committed to addressing your concerns. Please reach out to our team at eileen@mia-maddie.com for assistance.
If your item arrives , we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing eileen@mia-maddie.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Order Modifications
Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot make changes to the order details or shipping address. We reserve the right to decline order cancellations or modifications if the product has already been shipped.
